Okay, Jaipur is a symphony of horns, rickshaws, and the general happy chaos of Indian life. You WILL hear things. But! The windows are pretty well insulated, and the apartment is high enough that you’re not right in the thick of the noise. You’ll still hear the distant honks and the occasional festive celebration (you can't NOT, honestly) but it’s manageable. I got some good shut-eye, which is saying something because I’m usually tossing and turning. If you're REALLY sensitive, pack earplugs. Seriously, do it. Better safe than sorry.
